The Divisional Railway Manager is the Head of the Tiruchchirapalli Division. The functions of the DRM include sale of transportation provided by the Railway, fixation of rates, fares and other charges and their correct collection, accounting and remittance. The DRM is also responsible for maintaining friendly and cordial relationship with the travelling and trading public and redressal of their grievances.
